It's a one-hour class... Our live and interactive online classes are held on zoom and include two chef instructors (one cooking and one on chat) as well as an AV technician for an enhanced audio-visual experience that includes multiple camera angles for closeup shots as well as picture-in-picture of our chefs talking while we are using closeup shots... We send out recipes in advance so that your team can shop for ingredients and prepare, if they are cooking along. They can also watch and take notes.
